If you are like me, you are still recovering from watching 1.75 million hours of Olympics on NBC, NBC-HD, CNBC, MSNBC, NBC-ADHD and NBC-PSILUVU. Ever since I was a kid, I would disappear from society for two weeks during the summer so I could bathe in all things Olympics. It’s heaven for me. Thanks to missing the boycotted 1980 Moscow Olympics – which, by the way, is it wrong to actually miss the Cold War? I’m just asking – I was 13 when I watched my first Olympiad, or roughly the average age of the Chinese women’s gymnastics team. The Americans dominated those Games, |
